When Vanessa (Assunta de Rossi) loses her job, she's desperate to find work so she can care for her autistic sister, Nika (De Rossi's real-life sister, Alessandra). Meanwhile, her deadbeat boyfriend, Oliver (Wendell Ramos), is sent to jail. With few options left, Vanessa agrees to move in with the brutish Uno (Jay Manalo) and be at his beck and call. But when Oliver reenters the picture, the arrangement is suddenly in jeopardy.
